Maison & Maison Layby Policy

All goods are set aside for you upon payment of a 20% deposit. This is a standard deposit for all our layby plans.

You agree to the payment plan selected, with instalments being made every 7 days, as per amount stated on your invoice.

One lay-by agreement per customer at any one time.

All goods will be dispatched upon payment of your final instalment.

Where a lay-by purchase includes more than one item, the items cannot be separated.

If you choose to terminate the lay-by at any time for any reason you will be charged a termination fee of 20% of your layby total. Any additional monies paid on the layby will be refunded to you.

Refund Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality. If on the rare occasion an item does become faulty we will happily offer a full refund, exchange or credit note within a 30 day time frame from date of purchase.

For change of mind purchases, we offer an exchange or store credit within a 14 day time frame from date of purchase.

No refund or exchange on sale items.

Postage cost of returned items from purchased on-line store will be at the expense of the customer.

Faulty or damaged items

Please contact our store immediately upon goods being received or faults being notices. We will happily exchange or refund damaged items and will attend to the matter immediatly.
