With all of our full price rugs, we offer free shipping, plus a complimentary 48 hour trial of your rug. If you’re not completely happy with your choice, simply call or email us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we’ll have our courier collect it, return it to our store and give you a full refund.
Free Australia Wide Shipping over $100 (excluding furniture & bulky items)
We use a courier for all of our deliveries. Items are shipped usually within 24 business hours from your order. Furniture & bulky items will insure an additional shipping charge.. Approximate shipping of furniture will not exceed $150 per item for deliveries on the East Coast (Sunshine Coast to Melbourne inclusive).
We sadly cannot ship furniture to WA or NT.
